What's Tagtter?
You can put tag to twitter's user. and it is able to vote.,
If you has any idea for tagtter, post it on feature request.

Tagtter does not work 'add user', sorry. I was fixed it.

Tagtter have supported 'remove tag'. but you should login to tagtter for removing tag.

Tagtter have supported japanese mobile phone. it's a readonly web. but i does not test enough. maybe, 'au' does not work correctory on taggter.
